 What is employee leasing? Simply put, it is letting someone else pay your employees’ wages and taxes so that you can focus on your business.

We will administer your employees’ payroll and benefits through our program. You can then give more attention to running your business without the non-productive paperwork burden you associate with being an employee. But, Team Staffing even takes it a step further; we become your Human Resources Department. Besides taking care of your payroll we maintain employee benefits and other routine personnel compensation, and unemployment. You continue to supervise your staff. You are still the boss. You’re just not involved in the paperwork of employee administration or selecting employee benefits and paying insurance premiums.
