 Seeking strong programming and / or Access experience, networking and website developing and maintenance skills. Responsibilities: Analyzes programming requirements and prepare detailed program specifications. Evaluate hardware and software alternatives while preparing time and estimates for development activities. Qualifications: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
